The label started at prompt engineering, went through context, harness, loop, and has now arrived at graph engineering. Every new term gets announced like a revolution, but they all point at the same job. Prompting is how you talk to the model. Context is what you put in front of it at that moment. A harness is the scaffolding of tools and checks around it. A loop feeds the output back in until it converges. A graph is those loops drawn as nodes and arrows. So it is not five disciplines. It is one problem, renamed five times, and sold five times.
