We record team achievements, conferences attended, and technical stories shared externally. In 2025 we presented the xPU as a Service based Agentic AI platform at KCD Seoul 2025, publishing the talk materials and script as-is.
How we write
Our readers are potential applicants. Rather than vague boasting, we include real cases and put at the center the things applicants would actually want to know: a day in the life, team atmosphere, growth potential.
We prefer storytelling. “How did this person feel about this experience” stays in memory longer than numbers or policies.
At the end of each post we point to the careers page or an email address so that interested readers can take the next step immediately.
ThakiCloud AI Engineer A’s Story: “Building LLM Infrastructure with Autonomy and Responsibility”
A joined ThakiCloud after three years on a large enterprise cloud team. The answer to “why did you join?” was striking: “In a large organization you live as a single bolt; here I actually get to design and decide.”
Today A works on cutting the latency of the LLM serving pipeline, hands-on from GPU scheduling to inference runtime optimization. “When something does not work, I share it in the team channel right away. Building the idea together there is the fun part.”
Mornings: team standup. Afternoons: code review and experiments. A sets aside the last hour before leaving to read papers. “Studying within working hours felt strange at first. Then I noticed it actually raises the quality of the work.”
